Taking The Dive: Going Down On a Woman

After my previous post on female erogenous zones, a post on going down on a woman was the next logical subject. Every man should learn how to give a woman head. It shouldn’t be limited to those who don’t seem able to please their lady through sex. Some women just aren’t all that sensitive within the vagina and others actually do need deeper penetration or more of a full feeling in terms of girth (higher pressure contact) in order to get full pleasure from sex. I’m going to assume you’ve read the post on female erogenous zones and you’ve taken the time to do one or a few of the techniques described there before jumping into what I’m about to describe. You’ve got to warm her up first, so read that post first and keep it in mind.
Anticipation and teasing is key. Pay a lot of attention to her inner thighs and lower abdomen. Make sure you kiss and lick where her legs meet her hips - another unexpected erogenous zone on many women, ticklish on others. Very passionately kiss and lick her inner thighs and hip area. Take your time, make her want it, and make her wonder when or if you’re going to get to eating her out! Get very close to her labia (vaginal lips) and back off upward toward her lower abdomen or out to her inner thighs.
Alright, enough already! You’re driving her crazy, so work your way toward her genitals again. Don’t go for her clit right away. On many women it is too sensitive to touch immediately, so avoid it for a few minutes. Spread her vagina gently with your thumbs so that the labia are spread out. Lick slowly around the outer and then inner labia (still avoiding her clit). You can dip your tongue into her vagina if you want, but for her this will end up being more of a curiously erotic sensation than a genuinely pleasing one since the tongue can’t reach very far into the vagina and it’s too soft to really provide much contact.
Lick your way back upward toward her clit. At this point she should be ready for some light contact but you really need to pay attention to her reactions. If she suddenly gasps it’s a good thing.. but if she suddenly gasps and utters what sounds like the beginning of “oww” at any point then back off a little. Think of the clit as being like the head of your penis - you know how sensitive that is, but multiply it several times and you’ve got the clit so take it easy.
I’m going to give several combinations of what you can do but they are not set in stone. Try them all and watch her reactions. If she likes something, do it more, but always change it up. Finding a variety of things that she enjoys and changing it up randomly based on her reactions is what will make you seem like a god at doing this.
Try some light circles around her clit with your tongue. Try an upward flick with your tongue that gets your tongue underneath the hood of her clit momentarily (you don’t need to press hard). There’s nothing wrong with some simple horizontal flicking of her clit with your tongue, especially when she’s getting close to orgasm as this is a motion you can do quickly. Try putting your tongue flat against her clit and the area all around it, press it against her with your chin and pull your tongue in and out of your mouth (make sure you’ve shaved that stubbly chin just in case you press into her with it, ouch!). When she’s more aroused and you notice that her clit has become somewhat swollen, try applying a little bit of suction on it while you perform any of the techniques above. Be gentle with that though as sometimes, with some women, it creates incredible sensitivity that they weren’t ready for.
Remember to vary speed, pressure and amount of repetition. Base everything on her reactions - both her movements and the sounds she makes. If you’re paying attention you’ll quickly realize what works and what doesn’t and you’ll likely start moving your tongue on autopilot completely based on your observations and not on trying to “execute techniques”.
Now, make sure you have a free hand, because here is something that will drive most women completely over the edge. Combine what you are doing with your mouth on her clitoral area, with some fingering but not just any fingering.
Take a single finger (two if she’s not that tight or you know she prefers a lot of girth) and insert them into her vagina. Keep the pads of your fingers against the top of the vagina (upward toward the clit) and slide them in until you feel a sort of “rigged” area and just after that you should feel a sponge-like area. You’re going to hook your fingers a little so that you’re finger-fucking her while always moving back and forth against this spongey area - putting pressure on it. This area is the G-Spot and you’ll definitely know if you’re hitting it - what her reaction. If you wait until you’ve gotten her pretty far along toward orgasm using clitoral stimulation and then bring in this G-Spot fingering you’re going to drive her over the edge very soon.
Generally during sex or how most men perform cunnilingus, only one area or the other gets stimulated. Knowing how to stimulate both areas right (let alone knowing directly where to find the G-Spot) is what will make you into a Casanova. If you’re paying good attention to her and varying speed, pressure and techniques based on her reactions then there’s no reason you can’t bring her not just to orgasm but multiple orgasms.
Believe me, if you can do this right she won’t soon forget it or take it for granted. Many women have never even been pleased in this way. Some have never even experienced one orgasm, let alone multiple ones!
