There is a large variety of devices like this one on the market today, as these types of devices have been proven to work. The device is very sturdy and seems like it could last a lifetime if it was properly cared for.
The device comes with extra pieces of guaze to protect your penis for long wear times (the surgical tubing could potentially become less than comfortable) and a few foam tubes because those metal poles can be cold!
